Picfair is a democratised marketplace for images, connecting buyers direct with photographers and cutting out the hefty fees of image licensing middlemen.

Cenatus headed up engineering during 2015-16, changing the culture to be one of close collaboration between product & technology, ensuring focus on regular delivery working towards the business KPIs. We created visibility of work streams, fostered accountability of tasks and allowed developers to work with clear focus. We owned the technical architecture and created a suite of repeatable automated tests to allow agility within the product & codebase. We developed and successfully delivered many new features into production that significantly enhanced the product.
