Polymorphic started in 2004 as a platform for producers wishing to utilise the power of the internet to distribute their music. A not-for-profit venture that distributes free music under a creative commons license and encourages sharing of ideas and content.
There is no stylistic restrictions musically and releases have covered everything from sound art to song based material and dancefloor beats. The podcast includes releases and mixes from the site as well as material netfiltered from other sources around the web. This provides a high quality stream of redistributable music and helps promote the participating artists.
